Smell the fruity aroma and satisfyingly fresh flavor in the unique flesh with hundreds of sweet, intensely flavored edible seeds. Passion fruits are low in calories, rich in magnesium and calcium for strengthening bones and high in fiber to maintain regular digestion. Add the seeds and pulp on top of fruit salads or use to top your favorite dessert!
